We asked the customer about his itinerary and address in advance, and arranged a company car to pick up the customer from the hotel to the company office.
We had been in contact online for 1 year before the customer’s visit, but there was no real order. After the customer’s visit, he had a clearer understanding of our equipment and brand, and recognized our company’s strength and export experience. The customer’s main market is mainly in South America. He is a dealer of second-hand construction machinery and equipment. This time he came to China to purchase Chinese brand equipment to expand his business. The customer took the initiative to express the hope that there will be more new types of machinery and equipment cooperation in the future.
