On May 11, 2020, we were very honored to receive a customer from Brazil. We had previously communicated on WhatsApp about the details of the Cat excavator, and we quickly provided them with a quote. In the subsequent conversation, we learned that the customer is currently in Guangzhou. After sending an invitation, the customer came to our company.
Since the customer only speaks Spanish, we used translation software throughout the communication process. Despite the language barrier, we successfully communicated with the customer. The customer expressed great satisfaction with our company and said that he needed to go back to communicate the details with the boss, and then sign a contract to proceed with the next step of the cooperation process.
